Thumb and Finger Injuries
Thumbs and fingers get jammed when trying to defend, catch or stop a ball causing injury to the ligament which leads to pain, swelling and instability. Motion in the finger will also be limited in the first few weeks.
What can you do?
Ice, massage, tape or brace the finger to prevent re-occurrence.
