Our Physiotherapists have been trained in the use manual therapy to help with your pain relief and exercise therapy to strengthen your muscles and improve your function. We will incorporate essential components of core exercises, pilates, yoga and exercise physiology to provide you with the best result.

Our Physiotherapists also utilises strapping and kinesiology taping techniques to prevent injuries. They are also able to do biomechanical and posture assessment. Poor understanding of exercise technique or posture is one of the most common sources of repeat injury.
