    Is Physiotherapy for me?

    Our Physiotherapists have been trained in the use manual therapy to help with your pain relief and exercise therapy to strengthen your muscles and improve your function. Physiotherapy exercises have been scientifically proven to be one of the most effective ways to solve or prevent pain and injury.

    We are firm believers in the prescription of the “best exercises” and the most appropriate “exercise dosage” for you depending on your rehabilitation status, so that you can manage your health even at home. We will incorporate essential components of core exercises, pilates, yoga and exercise physiology to provide you with the best result.

    Our Physiotherapists also utilises strapping and kinesiology taping techniques to prevent injuries. They are also able to do biomechanical and posture assessment. Poor understanding of exercise technique or posture is one of the most common sources of repeat injury.

    Physiotherapy is beneficial for patients who want better health, advise on proper exercises routines and techniques, are in an acute or chronic pain state, injury prevention, rehabilitation for surgeries, maintenance of functional mobility etc.

    Everyone can benefit from Physiotherapy whether you are living with a chronic illness, recovering from an injury, or preparing for childbirth. We see a large spectrum of conditions from including but not limited to Sports injuries, General work injury, paediatric,geriatric conditions etc.
