The “ExEx” series was created with the soul purpose of correcting errors when performing common exercises and stretches.

When performing exercises in “good form,” there will be minimal compensations thus:

  • Efficiently maximizing each repetition
  • Improve isolation of the muscle being worked on
  • Reduce chance of injury
